used this company for a remortgage , gave them £200 deposit and was assured this would be returned if i did not take the mortgage they got me , the mortgage was change 3 times each more costly , so i never took the offer, then the demands for the £700 for the rest of the arrangement fee from homebank started to the point were they have phoned me demanding the £700 , i asked for my deposit to be returned , now they have sent me notice that they are taking me to court for the £700 , so do not use this company as they lie , to you ,and the lenders, take a huge fee for a internet search for a mortgage, that you can do yourself for free so beware
